General Overview

At Sankhya Yoga & Wellness, we are committed to delivering enriching and transformative experiences through our yoga retreats, classes, and wellness programs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation process.

Cancellation by Participant

For Yoga Retreats:

• With in 30days of booking & greater than 30 days of planned retreat : 90% refund of the total amount (after deducting admin/processing fees).

• With in 30days of booking & Less than 30 days of planned retreat: No refund, but you may request to reschedule once (subject to availability).

• Less than 30 days: No refund, but you may request to reschedule once (subject to availability).

For Weekly Classes / Group Programs:

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before the first session are eligible for a full refund.

• After the first class/session: No refunds.

• Missed classes are not refundable, but may be rescheduled within the validity period.

For Private Sessions (Yoga, Nutrition, Wellness Consults):

• Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us (Sankhya Yoga & Wellness)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat, class, or session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum participant requirements, instructor illness).
In such cases, you will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Transfers & Rescheduling

• Retreat bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written notice (at least 7 days before the start date).

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made in writing.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
