Service-Based Offerings (Retreats, Classes & Consultations)

Sankhya Yoga & Wellness primarily provides service-based offerings, including yoga retreats, wellness consultations, nutrition programs, and online or in-person classes. Therefore:

• No physical shipping is involved for these services.

• Confirmation and access details are delivered via email or your registered contact number after booking.

• Booking confirmation is typically shared within 24 hours of successful payment.

Physical Products (if applicable)

If your booking includes physical items (welcome kits, yoga mats, herbal products, etc.), the following terms apply:

Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Standard delivery: 5–8 business days (depending on location).

• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free on orders over ₹999.

• For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee may be applied at checkout.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.) may cause occasional delays. In such cases, we will notify you proactively.

Non-Delivery Situations

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

• If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
